I’m currently on a three hour drive to Rovaniemi hotel. For some of you who follow me on Instagram, you may already know that. I was planning to write a blog post every end of the day for the next ten days while I’m in holidays but it’s not the end of day two yet, and I can’t help but write a thing or two to show you guys how the day has been. In fact, I haven’t done anything but sit in the car, blast music that my younger siblings don’t even know of and take tons of pictures behind our driver, which I hope he’s not annoyed about (haha). I literally cannot help myself from sharing these pictures with you guys right away. It’s such a beautiful place and an extremely unimaginable moment.
I don’t think I can ever find the right words to justify the beauty of this place. It’s beyond beautiful. It’s spectacular. And to be very honest with all of you, I didn’t wake up in the best mood. This place can get a little bit depressing. It’s dark majority of the day and when the sun is up, it’s usually gloomy. I’ve been waking up everyday without the sun and this is obviously very unusual for me. In my personal opinion, I don’t think it’s the best way to start the day and I don’t think I can survive living in a place like this for more than a month. However, currently sitting in the car and seeing these wonderful views, I can’t help but stress how grateful I am to be here and to have witnessed such an incredible place.
